At Curiosity Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products but due to the nature of unroasted coffee beans, there are some limitations to returns:
Green Coffee Beans:
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final. We cannot accept returns on coffee products. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We will work with you to address your concerns, including offering a possible replacement or a discount on a future purchase.
If a mistake was made on our part or damaged during shipping or transit please reach out and we will correct this.
